Improvements for storm water drainage, roadway, sidewalks, and landscaping improvements.
An additional project on NW 35th that includes the installation of a force main and twin seven-foot culverts, which purpose is to eliminate the open drainage ditch along the roadway from NW 1st Street to Sunrise Blvd. The ditch will be replaced by green space with a jogging path and landscaping.
