A video capturing the river's colorful history as well as current restoration efforts is being produced by the SFWMD and Rainforest Media. The 15-minute program will feature residents reflecting on their own memories of the river, and profile the natural and cultural changes the North Fork has undergone since the turn of the last century. Viewers will share the river's unique scenic vistas, and learn about community initiatives and recreational opportunities. The video will be distributed to schools, libraries and community groups with the North Fork community, and throughout the county.
